Unlimited Data: Digiweb operates an uncongested network and 350GB on this plan is considered fair use in any 30 day period prior to the 1st of the month. We do not throttle or cap service, however, if a customer exceeds the stated fair usage allowance for data on more than 2 occasions in any 90 day period, then Digiweb reserve the right to terminate or suspend the customer’s service. Digiweb will proactively contact customers in advance of any suspension or termination of service.

“Since needing to change from my current provider I chose Digiweb for my next broadband provider. Customer service I have to say was very professional with the level of knowledge about the product/service they provide. Not once did Gillian stall when asked a question and she also made me feel at ease when talking about the technical jargon associated with broadband i.e. megabytes,GB, Fibre etc. Never would my previous provider take the time to listen never mind answer the questions asked.
Since being referred to by a pal who is also a Digiweb customer, He receives a € 30 credit to his account, now what company do this are definitely few and far between.
And to put the cherry on the cake I was also told that once Fibre is available I will be upgraded free of charge.
