This service works by placing a small software agent on to each server you wish to monitor. It then communicates securely, over an encrypted link, to our centralised monitoring servers. In the event of a monitoring check failing, our round-the-clock network operations team will contact you immediately via your preferred contact option to alert you to the situation.
This monitoring service works whether your IT equipment and servers are located in your office, in an off-site location or in our datacentre. With our monitoring agent, we can monitoring your equipment anywhere!

The monitoring service is totally confidential. Only the authorised contacts of service are alerted to monitoring events.
Easy Installation
You tell us what you want monitored and we’ll configure it for you. If you aren’t sure, we’ll provide our default blanket of monitoring.
Maximum Comfort
If we’re monitoring it, we’ll spot it and tell you. You will be informed of any IT problems and be able to resolve them, before your customers are even aware of an issue / problem.
