Through our subsidiary Smart Telecom, Digiweb can offer reliable high speed Ethernet services over Smart Telecom unbundled exchanges.

This is a highly resilient copper based Ethernet service, with the ability to transfer high bandwidth data at up to 40 Mbps speeds into users’ premises without the need for any end-to-end fibre leased lines.

 

This method of connectivity is part of the Corporate Solutions portfolio and as such enjoys corporate level customer care and is supported by dedicated account management, access to our NOC and online status monitoring.

Key Points:

• EFM is not a product, the products are i-line/ e-line/ e-LAN, EFM is one access type, just like fibre and radio
• EFM is symmetrical and uncontended

• Availability: 99.85%
• Repair time – within 8 working hours following fault detection/ fault report.
• Supports e-Lan, e-Line and i-Line products.
