Fibre Connectivity
Digiweb has a range of fibre based solutions targeted to medium and large Business, Corporate, and Government customers. The primary advantage of fibre is the extremely high capacity connections which can be achieved.
Access Networks
Digiweb has developed and delivered innovative ways of providing service over it’s fully owned and operated access network reducing the need for existing “last mile “ access technology (Last copper mile).

Operating within its 3.5GHz and 10.5GHz licensed spectrum. Digiweb has three main platforms – its market leading Metro Network, high capacity urban Cambridge Network, and its rural Wave network. Digiweb also deliver extensive dedicated point-to-point licensed wireless connectivity solutions nationwide.

Digiweb’s goal is to provide a reliable, high quality service. With that in mind, the company has put much effort into designing the network so that as many of the single points of failure as possible are removed (e.g. routers are equipped with redundant power supplies, hot swappable elements and so on). The network topology consists of multiple physical rings of fibre links, with additional redundant wireless links. Also, all our base stations and nodes have guaranteed power (UPS and/or Diesel power generators), out-of-band management connectivity (GSM modems for dialing in, Console Servers), and remote power control systems (for remote power-cycling of all unmanaged devices).
Additionally, the key nodes are located at various Data Centres, which provide air conditioning, secure access, 24x7 remote hands and eyes services. All of the key nodes are built using multiple core routers, which are capable of taking over all traffic in case of the other core router failure. Also, all of the aggregation routers, wherever practical, are connected to two core routers, to minimize the risk of outage in case of a single device failure.
